Returns & Refund Policy

At Mango Furnish, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our furniture. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind with every purchase. Our returns and refunds policy has been designed to make the process as simple and transparent as possible, while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be brand new and in re-sellable condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all internal and external materials.
  • All accessories, parts, and documentation (such as the receipt and invoice) must be included.

Please note that custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to submit a return:

  • Send an email to mango.furnish@gmail.com with your order number and a written request for your return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth process.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee. Once the returned product has been inspected and meets our return conditions, a credit will be processed. Please be aware that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Inspecting your furniture on delivery

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you identify any defect, shortage in quantity, or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (time being of the essence). Should there be any issues, email us at mango.furnish@gmail.com, providing photos and a detailed description of the problem.

Refunds

If for any reason we are unable to provide a replacement for a faulty or damaged product, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our confirmation that the returned item meets all necessary conditions.

Please be aware that refunds are limited to the cost of the item and do not include shipping costs from the original order.
