This warranty is provided by Mango Furnish and applies to products that specifically mention our 12-month warranty against defects in the product listing or on the specification sheets on our website.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty is in addition to the guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. These guarantees vary depending on the product's price and quality and may extend beyond this warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your product repaired or replaced if it is not of acceptable quality and the failure is not considered major.
Warranty Coverage
If your goods are found to be defective within 12 months of purchase, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace it with a new product
- Offer store credit
- Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
The 12-month period starts from the date the product is delivered to your nominated address. If proof of delivery is not available, the warranty period begins 7 days after dispatch.
The warranty provided is subject to the following conditions:
- Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: The warranty will not cover any defect or damage caused by or arising from the following:
- Workmanship and Alterations: The warranty will no longer apply, and Mango Furnish will not be liable, if any repair, alteration, or overhaul of the workmanship is carried out without prior consent from Mango Furnish.
- Delays in Claims: Mango Furnish shall not be responsible for any delays in replacing, remedying the workmanship, or properly assessing a warranty claim. We will make every effort to address claims in a timely manner, but delays may occur, and we will not be liable for any compensation related to such delays.
